These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rkceilingsolutions.com and the services offered by R.K Ceiling Solutions ("R.K Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This page also explains the full conditions behind the claims shown on our website, including "10-Year Workmanship Warranty (T&C apply)" and "Free 6-month post-completion inspection (T&C apply)."
1. About Our Website
This website is intended to inform visitors about our POP, false ceiling, wall punning, and related interior services in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and to allow you to request a quote, estimate, site visit, or contact us. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to engage our services.
2. Estimates & Calculator
- Prices shown on the website and the Project Calculator (e.g. ₹95–180/sq.ft) are approximate estimates only, based on typical projects.
- The final cost depends on site conditions, design complexity, materials chosen, access, location, and market rates at the time of work.
- An estimate on the website is not a binding offer or quotation. Only a written quotation issued after a free site visit is a firm quote.
3. Quotations & Site Visits
- We offer free site visits within our service areas (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Bhiwandi, Panvel, and surrounding areas), subject to scheduling and availability.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. If no validity period is mentioned, it should be treated as valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which rates may be revised.
- Work begins only after the scope, price, and schedule are agreed in writing and the agreed advance payment is received.
- Any changes to the agreed scope, design, or materials requested during the work may change the price and timeline; we will inform you before proceeding.
4. Payments
- Payment terms (advance, stages, and final payment) are as agreed in your written quotation or contract.
- Payments are accepted only through the payment methods mentioned in your quotation. We will never ask for card details through this website.
- Delays in agreed payments may delay material purchase and site work; we are not responsible for resulting timeline changes.
- Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST) unless specifically mentioned otherwise in your quotation.
5. 10-Year Workmanship Warranty (T&C Apply)
We warrant our installation workmanship against defects for 10 years from the date of project completion, on the terms below. This is the full meaning of the "10-Year Workmanship Warranty (T&C apply)" shown on our website.
What is covered
- Defects arising purely from faulty installation workmanship by our team — for example, sagging, unevenness, lifting edges, poorly finished joints, or detachment of our installed work under normal indoor use.
- The repair of such defects, free of labour charge, when a valid claim is made in accordance with this section.
What is NOT covered
- Material defects — defects in the materials themselves are covered by the respective manufacturer's/supplier's warranty, not by this workmanship warranty.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, impact, alterations, repairs, or modifications done by you or any third party after handover.
- Damage from water seepage, plumbing leaks, roof leakage, dampness, floods, fire, earthquakes, storms, or other events beyond our control.
- Natural wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, discoloration, or cracks arising from normal ageing of the building or structural movement.
- Painting, polishing, or finishes applied by others over our work.
- Issues caused by shifting furniture, fixtures, or loads, or by using the ceiling in ways not agreed in the original scope.
- Projects where the agreed payment terms have not been fully honoured.
How to make a claim

- We will verify the claim and, if needed, visit the site for inspection.
- If the claim is covered under this section, we will repair the defective work at no labour cost.
Other conditions
- The warranty applies to the original client and the original project site only, and is not transferable if the property is sold or the work is moved.
- The warranty period begins from the completion/handover date recorded in your project documents.
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing the defective work — it does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
6. Free 6-Month Post-Completion Inspection (T&C Apply)
- Within 6 months of project completion, we offer one free post-completion inspection of the work we carried out.
- The visit is scheduled by appointment at a mutually convenient time, within our normal working hours and service areas.
- During the inspection we check the installed work; any issues found that are covered under Section 5 (workmanship warranty) will be repaired as per those terms.
- The inspection covers only the work executed by us. It does not include unrelated civil, plumbing, electrical, or structural work.
- This is a one-time complimentary visit per project; additional visits or work beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable (with your approval first).
7. Material Warranties
Materials used (gypsum boards, POP, channels, accessories, lighting, etc.) carry their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable. We pass on manufacturer/supplier warranties to you, but we do not control and cannot guarantee the manufacturer's warranty process. Brand names mentioned on this website are for information only and indicate the range of materials we may use; the final material is always confirmed with you before work starts.
8. Project Timelines
Timelines mentioned on the website (e.g. 2–3 days for a room) are typical estimates, not commitments. Actual schedules depend on site conditions, material availability, weather (including monsoon), approvals, and other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — text, logos, images, designs, blog articles, and code — belongs to R.K Ceiling Solutions or its content providers and is protected by copyright law.
- You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Republishing, copying, or using our content or images without written permission is not allowed.
- Project photos published on the site are of real work performed by us (or used with permission); we take care not to publish customers' private information.
10. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review, rating, or other content through our website, you confirm that it is genuine and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to display your review (with your name/city) on our website and marketing materials. We may edit reviews for length or clarity, and may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant.
11. Limitation of Liability
- This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its estimates or content.
- For actual services hired, our liability is governed by your written quotation/contract and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. External Links
This website contains links to third-party websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media, and referenced brands). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, the courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or engagement of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page occasionally.
